Dumpster Rental & Disposal Agreement

The standard rental period is 7 days from the delivery date. Additional days are $10.00 per day. Pickup will be scheduled after the rental period or upon customer request.

The rental price includes 2 tons (4,000 lbs). Any weight exceeding 2 tons will be billed at $50.00 per ton. Moonwaste may refuse to transport a dumpster that cannot be safely or legally transported due to excessive weight.

• Nothing may extend above the top rail of the dumpster.
• Materials must be loaded evenly and safely.
• Heavy materials (concrete, dirt, brick, block, asphalt, roofing, etc.) may require approval and may be subject to separate loading limits or pricing.
• Overloaded or unsafe dumpsters may not be picked up until the load is made safe and legal.

• Customer is solely responsible for all materials placed in the dumpster, including materials placed by employees, contractors, subcontractors, neighbors or any third party.
• Customer shall not knowingly permit prohibited materials to be placed in the dumpster.
• Customer is responsible for monitoring and securing the dumpster during the rental period.
• Customer is responsible for compliance with all local, state and federal laws.

If prohibited, hazardous, contaminated or otherwise unacceptable materials are discovered in the dumpster, Moonwaste may: refuse to pick up the dumpster until the prohibited material is removed; return the dumpster or load to the customer when legally permitted; remove or arrange for removal of prohibited material; transport the material to an appropriate disposal facility when legally permitted; and assess additional transportation, handling, cleanup, administrative and disposal charges, including fines or penalties, to the customer. The customer is responsible for all additional costs resulting from prohibited materials placed in the dumpster.

• Customer is responsible for selecting an appropriate location and obtaining any required permission or permits.
• Customer authorizes Moonwaste to enter the property for delivery, servicing and removal.
• Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access for the delivery and pickup truck.
• Moonwaste is not responsible for ordinary damage to driveways, pavement, landscaping or underground improvements resulting from placement or removal, except to the extent caused by Moonwaste's negligence.
• Customer should disclose septic tanks, drain fields, irrigation systems, underground utilities or other hidden conditions prior to delivery.

Customer shall not move, push, pull, lift, modify or relocate the dumpster using personal vehicles, machinery or other equipment without Moonwaste's permission. Customer is responsible for damage resulting from unauthorized movement or misuse.

No fires are permitted inside the dumpster. Hot ashes, burning debris or smoldering material are strictly prohibited. Customer may be responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from misuse, fire, vandalism or damage while the dumpster is under the customer's control, excluding normal wear and tear.

Customer must provide safe and unobstructed access to the dumpster on the scheduled pickup date. Blocked access may result in a trip charge and rescheduling of the pickup.

All loads are subject to inspection and acceptance by the receiving landfill, transfer station or recycling facility. If a facility rejects, reclassifies or assesses additional charges due to the contents of the load, those documented charges may be passed through to the customer when attributable to materials placed in the dumpster.

By submitting this request, signing electronically, ordering a dumpster, or accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agree to these terms, including the prohibited-material requirements, pricing, weight limits, rental period and all customer responsibilities.
